ATLAS AND SEYSES COMMITTED TO GENDER EQUALITY

Since the awarding of the Project Management contract for the construction of the Sol de Desierto photovoltaic project, located in Antofagasta, Chile, SEYSES has transmitted to the client ATLAS RENEWABLE ENERGY its commitment to work together with the other participants in the project (the engineering company VOLTAE and the construction company PRODIEL) with the objective of promoting and encouraging the presence of female labor in the park.

With a total of 52 women in different positions, the Sol del Desierto project guarantees equal opportunities between men and women in each of the phases of the project, working in different positions; Mechanical Assembly, H&S Supervision, Environmental Supervision, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, HSEQ Coordination, among other positions.
