Site Safety Supervisor

We’re looking for a Site Safety Supervisor to join our team and lead safety efforts on-site.

Required Qualifications
✅ Engineering degree (mandatory)
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in PV and/or BESS construction projects
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or industrial safety roles, preferably in renewable energy or large infrastructure
✅ Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and risk management frameworks
600-hour safety training course in prevention
✅ OSHAS certification applicable to the role
✅ Upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1)

✅ Monitor compliance and safety performance
✅ Lead incident reporting and investigations
✅ Deliver consistent HSSE reporting
