How does Construction Management and Supervision work?

Planning: SEYSES provides guidance in defining the scope, setting objectives, and training the project team during its initial phases, typically in the months leading up to the RTB (Ready-to-Build).

Execution: During the construction phase, daily supervision of on-site work is conducted for the developer, or the work of subcontractors is managed for the main contractor (EPC contractor).

Project Closure: Quality, safety, and other records are handed over to owners or investors, completing all construction and commissioning activities along with a post-project evaluation

Yes, SEYSES can offer the «Licensed Engineer» service, which includes project signing and the issuance of official certifications. SEYSES has the necessary civil and professional liability insurance to provide the required guarantees.

No, SEYSES does not offer this service.

No, it is not subcontracting. SEYSES offers comprehensive services, applying procedures and standards, whether they are proprietary or defined by our clients. Our workers perform their tasks with a high degree of independence, always under the supervision and support of our central operations teams or following the client’s personnel guidelines. SEYSES handles the selection, hiring, equipment, and logistics of personnel, including transportation, allowances, and accommodation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.

 

SEYSES does not provide EPC services, but supports its EPC clients by offering construction management services, covering the entire construction management process or just specific elements of it (such as Health and Safety management or Quality management on site).
