At SEYSES, this includes document management, the generation of accreditations, and access control. This service focuses on minimizing the risks and liabilities associated with subcontracting activities in a project, ensuring that all subcontractors comply with legal, technical, and safety requirements.

How does site control work?

Document Management: SEYSES collects, validates, and safeguards all required documentation from subcontractors, such as licenses, insurance, and compliance certificates.

Accreditation: Ensures that all subcontractors, their personnel, and their machinery meet the necessary accreditations before entering the worksite.

Access Control: Implements access control systems that enable strict monitoring of who enters and exits the site, ensuring that only authorized personnel and equipment can participate in project activities.

Continuous Advisory: We develop the document matrix, define validation criteria, and continuously monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to established quality and safety standards.

Benefits of site control

Risk Reduction and Regulatory Compliance: SEYSES ensures that all subcontractors and their staff comply with legal and safety requirements, as well as local and international regulations, minimizing the risks associated with subcontracting and avoiding potential sanctions or project delays.

Transparency and Control: The access control system and continuous supervision provide a high level of transparency and control over on-site activities, making project management easier.

Project Optimization: By minimizing disruptions and ensuring regulatory compliance, project timelines and costs are optimized, improving overall efficiency.

SimplyAccess
Our App for Efficient Access Control Management

The use of our access control app ensures that only previously validated people and machinery can enter the project. Our app, available for iOS and Android, is connected to our platform and works in both online and offline mode. It allows scanning the QR code of each resource’s accreditation (worker or machine) and grants access automatically if all labor and safety requirements are met.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have an Access Control App in constant evolution that allows monitoring (attendance control) the documentation status of each resource (worker or machine), thus improving the project’s timing.

Yes, SEYSES also offers the Site Control tool for the client to perform their own validations. In this case, support is limited to technical aspects of the tool. The use of the tool includes some internal audits conducted by SEYSES’s expert validation team, allowing the client to assess the quality of the validation performed by their own team. However, we recommend that the client entrust the entire ‘Site Control’ to SEYSES for a complete, high-quality service.

Yes, we call this service ‘Reverse Site Control’. SEYSES will work with its client and their entire subcontracting chain to collect all documents and then upload all necessary information onto all platforms used in the client’s projects.

The responsibility is shared. SEYSES is responsible for the technology and document management of subcontractor companies. However, each client may add entry protocols that are outside SEYSES’s scope. Additionally, it remains the client’s responsibility to ensure that those in charge of recording check-ins, typically their security personnel, perform proper on-site controls at entry and exit points. Additionally, even if SEYSES’ application is contracted and fully functional, it remains the client’s responsibility to ensure that those in charge of access control perform proper checks on-site.
