Position: Back Office Quality Supervisor

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Site Supervisors Coordinator and to the Quality Management team (part of the Owner staff), the Back Office Quality Supervisor shall review, prepare, and manage all Quality documentation and Project document management.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and prepare all project-related Quality documentation according to the Owner’s standards.
- Manage document control processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of project records.
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisors Coordinator to collect and validate site quality reports.
- Maintain the document management system and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Support the Quality Management team in compiling quality dossiers, inspection records, and non-conformity reports.
- Monitor document submission timelines and ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with site and back-office teams to ensure smooth document flow and information accuracy.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in Quality Management and Project Documentation, preferably within construction, industrial, or energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and quality documentation standards.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate efficiently between on-site and back-office teams.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Availability to start on December 20, 2025.
